Quick fix
Upgrade cc-switch to v3.12.0 or newer, which restored automatic model detection on every platform.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”ubuntu最新版怎么没有自动获取模型的选项?是不是只有其他系统才有?Why is there no automatic model fetch option in the latest ubuntu build? Is it only on other systems?
In versions before v3.12.0, Stream Check and automatic model detection were temporarily removed over stability problems, or had cross-platform compatibility problems, so the model list could not be fetched automatically on Ubuntu and similar systems. There was also a UI rendering bug where editing a provider did not show its saved models. Both were reworked and fixed in v3.12.0.
Upgrade cc-switch to v3.12.0 or newer (v3.12.3 or above preferred) to restore Stream Check and automatic model detection on every platform.
For the UI bug where editing a provider does not show its saved model information, change the contents of any other input box to force a re-render and display the model list.
