The "+" button disappeared and providers cannot be added - cc-switch
Quick fix
Maximise the cc-switch window or drag it wider to reveal the hidden "+" add provider button.
Symptom

The cc-switch main screen has a responsive layout defect. With a narrow window — not maximised, or scaled — the yellow "+" add button at the top right is hidden by the adaptive layout. That leaves no entry point for adding a provider config on the Claude Code, Codex, or Claude Desktop screens.
Click the maximise button at the top right of the cc-switch window to go full screen.
Or move the cursor to the right edge of the window and drag right to widen the interface until the hidden "+" button reappears.
